Frank is a 4th-generation Phoenix native and ASU graduate with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the Phoenix metro home services industry. He holds the AFA Certified Gate Automation Designer designation and AZ ROC licenses #325648, #325650, and #314281.
Frank personally oversees every HOA and property management project — from the initial site assessment to project completion. Community projects receive the same hands-on attention and quality control as any individual homeowner job. That is the integrity Frank has built his reputation on.
Charlie is the CFO of Security Door Gate and Fence and the first voice you hear when you call. She is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and brings the operational discipline and attention to detail that property managers and HOA boards depend on.
Charlie coordinates all service agreement scheduling, ensures every property manager has a direct line of communication, and makes sure every job is completed to your satisfaction. She is actively involved in autism awareness and volunteers her time working with special needs children and adults throughout the Valley.
